Authors of the most innovative and promising projects received preferential loans
As part of the exhibition, seminars and training sessions were organized focusing on graduate employment, their professional development, personal brand building, the development of soft skills, as well as integration into professional networks.
During the event, representatives of the Samarqand Regional Administration of JSC “Uzmilliybank” and the “Step into the Future” Center delivered informative presentations for graduates. They introduced students to current job vacancies, opportunities to start entrepreneurial activities, and existing financial programs. Young participants were provided with detailed explanations of employment procedures, available job positions, preferential loans for aspiring entrepreneurs, as well as financial consultations and practical support measures.
In addition, founders of leading companies — “PALMA SAMARQAND”, “LA ESMERALDA UZ”, and “YUKSALISH GROUP” — shared with participants their business experience, success stories, and personal life lessons.
During the seminar, students not only received detailed answers to their questions, but also gained valuable knowledge about entrepreneurship, real market challenges, success factors, and practical aspects of building a personal brand.
Furthermore, as part of the event, graduates with their own entrepreneurial ideas presented startup initiatives to the general public and experts. Authors of the most innovative and promising projects received preferential loans for further development and practical implementation.
